We Accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We accept checks with drivers license present.

Gift Cards are non refundable and are redeemable for product purchase.

Gift Cards will expire within a year of purchase date and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Services and prices are subject to change without notice.

Confirmation: As a courtesy we attempt to confirm your appointment a day prior to your service.

Appointments for 3 or more services must be held with a Credit Card.

Cancellations: There is no charge for a cancellation or change up to 48 hour prior to your appointment. However Spa Packages are reserved for you, to avoid a charge of the 50% reserve fee, please notify us 48 hours in advance.

Early Arrival: To make you feel at Home, private lockers, Robes and Slippers are provided. For multiple services , please arrive 15 minutes prior to your service. Late arrivals are subject to reduced treatment time. and no refunds for the reduction.

There is a $50.00 returned check charge for all return checks.

Return Policy: All refunds are in the form of in-store credit.
